Homecoming 2025

Expect a great weekend with the Virginia Football Family.

We hope you'll come back, and bring a teammate or three with you.

Come on back!

Having worked, sacrificed, and competed for the University and your brothers as you did, you earned the right to call yourself a true Wahoo and a Football Alum. As such, bring yourself, your families, and your guests back this spring for a weekend of fun and camaraderie as we celebrate the past, present, and future of our program and this unique fraternity.

A lot of scouting, game planning, and practice is necessary in order to make this a great weekend for you—we'd love it if you come back!

1995 ACC Champions

The 1995 Virginia Cavaliers finished with a 9–4 record and a 7–1 mark in the ACC, earning a share of the conference championship. It was the second ACC title in program history and another milestone under head coach George Welsh, who was named ACC Coach of the Year.

While individual accolades were plentiful, it was the TEAM that defined the season. A historic 33-28 win over #2 Florida State—the 'Noles first ACC loss in 29 conference games—and a 43-27 Peach Bowl victory over Georgia on the heels of an 83-yard kickoff return touchdown in the final minute showed the grit and resolve that fueld the team each week.

This fall marks 30 years since that historic season. Come join us as we honor that squad for the work they did on the field, and the foundation they laid for the decades that followed.
